Hook: Standard dry-fly hook, sizes 22 to 8.
Thread: Beige or tan 8/0 (70 denier).
Tail: Ginger hackle fibers.
Body: Ginger dubbing.
Hackle: Ginger.
Wings: Ginger hackles.
Note: The EZY Kolzer is very effective tied in a variety of
    colors and sizes. The authors report that this pattern tied
    in olive, black, gray, brown, and fluorescent yellow, orange,
    chartreuse, blue (yes, blue), maroon, or fire orange, as
    well as the illustrated ginger PMD, all catch trout.
