Thread: Chartreuse 3/0 (280 denier).
Tail: White rabbit Zonker strip and pearl Krystal Flash.
Body: Marabou and white deer hair.
Eyes: Large plastic dumbbell or metal bead chain.
Weed guard: 16-pound-test hard monofilament.
Note: The author trims the bottom of the body (the top of the hook hank) to help the fly sink.
