The Duster Streamer

Hook: Select a hook to match to the type and size of streamer you wish to tie.
Thread: White Flat Waxed Nylon.
Wing: Fibers from synthetic feather dusters.
Throat: Red fibers from a synthetic feather duster.
Head: Doll eyes and five-minute epoxy. Use fingernail polish on the top and bottom of the head.
