    Tiemco 800S, or a similar short-shank hook,
    sizes 4 to 2/0.
Thread: White 3/0 (280 denier).
Tail: Bucktail and saddle hackles.
Body and head: Ice Wing Fiber, Awesome Hair,
    or a similar shredded flash material tied on in
    clumps, combed to shape, and fixed with a
    light brushing of Hard as Nails.
Eyes: Prismatic dome eyes coated with Plastidip,
    Softex, or a similar material.
