Turneffe Foam Crab

Hook: Tiemco 800S, sizes 8 to 4.
Thread: Olive 3/0 (210 denier).
Eyes: Small or medium dumbbell eyes.
Legs: medium olive rubber legs barred with a red permanent
    marker.
Body: Olive Furry Foam pulled over like a wing case.
Wing and weed guard: Deer hair.
Note: The Turneffe Foam Crab is a terrific crab imitation.
    Many anglers associate crabs with permit, but bonefish,
    especially large bonefish, also love crabs. It is very easy and
    quick to tie, and it lands softly. Adjust the weight of the
    pattern by changing the size of the dumb bell eyes. Common
    colors are tan or olive, but others may be used. Permit and
    redfish also like this fly.
