PMD Knocked Down Dun

Hook: Tiemco 100, size to match the natural insect.
Thread: Cream 8/0 (70 denier).
Shuck: Amber Z-Lon.
Body: Fine light yellow dubbing.
Wing: Light dun Z-Lon.
Note: During windy or cold weather, some mayfly duns
    get blown over on the water. With the surface tension
    gluing their wings to the water, they are very vulnerable
    to hungry trout. The Knocked Down Dun does a great
    job of imitating these unfortunate insects. You can also
    use this pattern to imitate a spent caddis or midge.
