Huff's White Lightning

Hook: 3/0 Mustad 34007 or any similar
saltwater hook.
Thread: Chartreuse.
Wings: Two yellow grizzly saddles and four
white saddles.
Hackle: Two turns of yellow marabou covering 2/3
of the wing. Finish wrapping most of the shank
with the chartreuse thread.

(This is one of the great, dependable big-tarpon flies
in the Keys, especially on the ocean side.)
